Unfortunately, the Kickstarter funding campaign for WildKit was not successful. But, we have learned so much on this journey, and we aren’t done! First off, I want to thank each and every one of our backers for your support, and belief in the idea of WildKit. Not only did it fuel our fire, it proved there is love for the idea beating at the heart of this brand: to play outside, fearlessly.
Now, we truly dig in. While we explore other ways to fund production of the Adventure Suit, we know the appetite is out there. Our latest sample shipped from the factory in Brooklyn yesterday, and we can’t wait to keep pushing to get WildKit into the hands of explorers everywhere.

Hi there!
I’m Erin Mintun, founder of WildKit and inventor of the Adventure Suit. In my career as a design leader creating products for active companies including Nike, Reebok and Danner, solving problems through creativity is what I do best.
My husband and I are very fortunate to be raising our daughter in New York’s beautiful Catskill Mountains, where hiking, camping, gardening and outdoor play is part of her routine. But every year, ticks have become a bigger and bigger problem in our area, which opened my eyes to how pervasive the tick issue has become across the nation. Tick-checks have become part of our family's bedtime routine, revealing a new challenge to help mitigate through design.
The WildKit Adventure Suit was born to solve a personal problem: How do I let my kid explore nature and be her wild, curious self while helping to keep her safe? But this problem is not unique to us — it affects millions of families.
